Penn State at Michigan –3:30 p.m. ET

Michigan hasn't reached 20 points in a game outside its matchup with UTEP, making it tough to trust the Wolverines to win by a touchdown. Penn State desperately needs a win, and although they may not get the victory here, I do expect them to battle and keep this close.

My pick: Penn State +7

Utah at Colorado –10:15 p.m. ET

I like Utah to lay the wood on Colorado. Coach Prime's team just doesn't look connected right now, and even at home, the Buffaloes are severely overmatched. The Colorado offense has been terrible, and I don't see them moving the ball consistently or scoring enough to keep this competitive.

My pick: Utah -14.5.
