Minnesota reclaimed the Floyd of Rosedale trophy with a 13-10 victory over No. 15 Iowa, sealed by Luke Drzewiecki’s 46-yard field goal as time expired. A 39-yard connection from Drake Lindsey to Jalen Smith helped move the Gophers into position for the winning kick.
The Gophers limited Iowa to 90 rushing yards and forced four turnovers. Minnesota improved to 5-2 and will visit No. 6 Indiana on October 31.
