Week 7 of the college football season was chaotic, particularly in the SEC.
The conference's top three teams were all up ended on Saturday, Oct. 17, as No. 1 Georgia, No. 6 Texas and No. 7 Alabama all were upset by Auburn, Florida and No. 14 Tennessee, respectively.

The Bulldogs, one week after a controversial win on the road vs. the Crimson Tide, fell 27-24 to the Tide's biggest rival, Auburn. In Austin, Texas, Steve Sarkisian and Co. were left saying they would "evaluate everything" after giving up a 17-point lead to unranked Florida in what was another 27-24 defeat.
Tennessee's win in Knoxville wasn't nearly as close as the Tigers' or Gators' with Jim Knowles' defense giving fits to a young, injured Alabama offense playing on the road in Neyland Stadium. The Volunteers handled Alabama with ease, 26-10.
Elsewhere, No. 10 Ole Miss thrashed No. 13 Misouri 31-3 while No. 17 Kentucky beat Oklahoma 21-13. No. 21 LSU was also merciless in a 31-0 victory over No. 19 Mississippi State, which was without Kamario Taylor.
