Texas A&M enters the season's most critical stage, set to face No. 14 Missouri in Columbia for the second straight season, as third-year coach Mike Elko remains undefeated against the Tigers in his first two seasons. However, Ole Miss transfer quarterback Austin Simmons, who threw for 340 yards and two touchdowns in Missouri's 45-17 rout of Florida, will pose a significant challenge for A&M's secondary.

In Week 5, Texas A&M blew out Arkansas 34-7 on 231 rushing yards and four touchdowns, plus starting quarterback Marcel Reed's 170 passing yards, 66 rushing yards, and a touchdown. Holding the Razorbacks to just seven points and 111 passing yards was impressive for an Aggie defense that had struggled in losses to Kentucky and LSU, but the pass rush still needs to be better.

For Texas A&M to pull off the upset, the game plan is simple: average nearly five or more yards per carry on the ground to set up play-action opportunities for Marcel Reed, limit explosive plays in the passing game, and force Austin Simmons to make quick decisions in the pocket.

National analysts were split this week when picking this game, as Missouri is a slight 3.5-point home favorite, which may surprise some, but given the Aggies' clean play on both sides of the ball last Saturday, it's hard to know which Texas A&M team will show up. On Friday, the Aggie media team released its weekly pre-game hype video, which you can watch below.

Texas A&M will face Missouri on Saturday at 11:00 a.m., with the game airing on ABC.
