Texas A&M heads back to Kyle Field for the final time this month, set to host The Citadel on Saturday afternoon after falling to Missouri on the road 27-6 in Week 6. Things are bad in College Station, and third-year coach Mike Elko is under pressure to make significant depth chart changes, with SEC road games against Alabama, South Carolina, and Oklahoma left on the schedule.

Can Elko and his staff turn things around this season? It's unlikely, especially since the plan is to keep redshirt junior quarterback Marcel Reed as the starter, who has struggled in nearly every game this season, as the Aggies failed to reach the end zone twice against LSU and Missouri, totaling six points in both losses.

On paper, Texas A&M's rushing attack, which struggled to find any success against Missouri, should get back on track against an undersized Citadel defense, and if the Aggies can mount a double-digit lead in the first half, getting backup quarterback Brady Hart on the field should be the priority, knowing that Marcel Reed has little to prove this weekend.

Texas A&M's defense hasn't been the issue over the last two games, and should be able to shut down The Citadel's passing game, making the Bulldogs one-dimensional. Again, if the Aggies build a significant lead, Mike Elko needs to play as many young players as possible on both sides of the ball.
