The Texas A&M Aggies have released the updated injury report for their game against the South Carolina Gamecocks, with one change for the Aggies.
Wide receivers Terry Bussey and Kelshaun Johnson are both out, as is offensive lineman Blake Ivy. Running back KJ Edwards and wide receiver Ashton Bethel-Roman are both questionable. Linebacker Noah Mikhail, who was initially listed as questionable, has been upgraded to probable.
Mikhail is second on the team in tackles with 36, to go along with 1.0 tackle for loss, one pass breakup, and two quarterback hurries. According to the SEC, that means he is now "likely to play, barring any setbacks."
Edwards has become Texas A&M's No. 1 running back as a freshman, leading them with 360 rushing yards. He is averaging a team-high 6.5 yards per carry and has two rushing touchdowns. A player listed as questionable is "uncertain to play due to injury or condition," according to the SEC.
Bethel-Roman has played in just five games this year, catching seven passes for 56 yards. He has not played since Texas A&M's loss to the Missouri Tigers 27-6 on Oct. 10.
South Carolina will be without defensive lineman Jordan Thomas, defensive back J'Zavien Currence, wide receiver Jayden Sellers, running back Matt Fuller, edge Kobby Sakyi-Prah, and offensive linemen Josiah Thompson, Dayne Arnett, and Seth Smith. Wide receiver Donovan Murph is probable.
The game between Texas A&M and South Carolina is set to start at 2 p.m. CT on Saturday. The game will air on ESPN.
