Texas linebacker Rasheem Biles was named SEC Co-Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season. The senior produced four tackles, a tackle for loss, an interception, two pass breakups and four pressures in the Longhorns’ 34-27 win over No. 7 Ole Miss.
His fourth-and-goal interception at the Texas 2 preserved a 24-3 first-half lead, and a late pass breakup helped close the victory. Biles now has a team-high three interceptions and seven pressures while ranking second for Texas with 53 tackles.
