Four different Longhorns scored as Texas beat LSU 4-1 for its highest-scoring SEC match since joining the league.
Texas got goals from Caroline Swann, Ava McDonald, Audrey Bryant and Amalia Villarreal in Thursday's 4-1 home win over LSU. It was the program's first four-goal SEC match since joining the conference.
Swann opened the scoring with her first career goal, McDonald supplied a goal and an assist, and Villarreal finished the scoring from the penalty spot. Texas put 10 of its 14 shots on target and next hosts South Carolina on Sunday.
