Tennessee football welcomes back some familiar faces to Knoxville with a matchup against Auburn.

No. 17 Tennessee (3-1, 0-1 SEC) hosts the Tigers (3-1, 1-1) on Oct. 3 (3:30 p.m. ET, ESPN) at Neyland Stadium. The matchup marks the return to Tennessee for Auburn coach Alex Golesh, co-offensive coordinator Kodi Burns, co-defensive coordinator Tim Banks and others.

Golesh was Heupel's offensive coordinator from 2021-22 after joining Heupel's UCF staff for the 2020 season. He was hired as the USF coach after Tennessee's success in 2022 and enters his first season as Auburn head coach after a successful stint with the Bulls.
