Braylon Staley and Mike Matthews return after each surpassed 800 receiving yards in 2025. Staley caught 68 passes for 837 yards and six touchdowns, while Matthews posted 53 receptions for 813 yards and four scores.

Pass game coordinator and wide receivers coach Kelsey Pope said the third starting role remains open. Tennessee is using camp to evaluate a group that includes Radarious Jackson, Travis Smith Jr., Joakim Dodson and freshman TK Keys, with consistency serving as the central standard.
