TCU’s opener against North Carolina extended the program’s scoring run to 421 consecutive games, which the school lists as the second-longest streak in NCAA history.
Linebacker Max Carroll recovered two fumbles and posted a career-high nine tackles, while defensive tackle Ansel Din-Mbuh recorded two sacks for a TCU career best. Kari Ashley and Jeremy Scott also made their first receptions for the Horned Frogs.
