The Auburn Tigers will face the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday in a tough SEC matchup after their bye week. However, it's not the only marquee matchup inside the conference.
This week, I teamed up with the folks at Auburn Daily for our SEC predictions of Week 7 of the 2026 college football season.
Auburn vs. #1 Georgia
Alex Golesh and company will look to do the near-impossible following the bye week and take down the number one team in the country, the Georgia Bulldogs. Auburn has not won in Athens since 2005.

Zac Blackerby: Georgia
Brad Law: Auburn
Darrell Dapprich: Georgia

Florida vs. #7 Texas
After a few disappointing weeks for Jon Sumrall and the Gators, and after the Longhorns dealt an upset defeat to the Oklahoma Sooners, both teams are looking to get right.

#16 Mississippi State vs. #22 LSU
This game could have been one of the best of the weekend. However, Mississippi State quarterback Kamario Taylor is listed as doubtful.

#6 Alabama vs. #14 Tennessee
After falling to Georgia last week, Alabama looks to get right in another tough matchup at Neyland Stadium. Can Tennessee find a way to correct its offense and win a tough battle in Knoxville?

Darrell Dapprich: Tennessee
Christian Rauh: Alabama
#13 Missouri vs. #9 Ole Miss
This one has the potential to be not only the game of the SEC, but the game of the week in the entire country. Missouri has certainly shown that they are well improved from the last few seasons, but have yet to prove they can win on the road.
Kyle Rush: Missouri
Zac Blackerby: Ole Miss
Brad Law: Missouri
Darrell Dapprich: Ole Miss
Christian Rauh: Ole Miss
Arkansas vs. Vanderbilt
Battle of the Basement. We'll find out who wins this one. Could go either way.
Kyle Rush: Vanderbilt
Zac Blackerby: Vanderbilt
Brad Law: Arkansas
Darrell Dapprich: Arkansas

#15 Kentucky vs. Oklahoma
This is a fascinating matchup. Oklahoma is coming off an upset win over Texas last weekend and hoping that momentum doesn't stall when they host 15th-ranked Kentucky, which has had great success under first-year head coach Will Stein. The Wildcats won their last two matchups in overtime. Will it take extra time again to complete an upset in Norman?
Kyle Rush: Oklahoma
Zac Blackerby: Kentucky
Brad Law: Oklahoma
Darrell Dapprich: Oklahoma
Christian Rauh: Kentucky
