USA Today released the preseason coaches’ top 25 poll last Tuesday, before On3 released its own preseason top 25 poll this Tuesday.Like the USA Today poll, Ohio State leads the field in the On3 poll because it has a ton of talent returning for the 2026 season, including quarterback Julian Sayin and wide receiver Jeremiah Smith.The Oregon Ducks, Texas Longhorns, Georgia Bulldogs and Notre Dame Fighting Irish round out On3’s top five. The Longhorns led the way with the most first-place votes (four), while the Ducks had three.
