Nebraska football is pushing to flip 2028 four-star edge commit Chance Archangel. He will be in town for the Indiana game on Saturday. Rivals’ Sam Spiegelman reported this.

Archangel is the 272nd overall player in the 2028 class, the 28th overall edge defender, and the fifth overall player in his class from the state of Louisiana, according to the Rivals Industry Rankings.

Archangel committed to Texas A&M on June 2. However, the Aggies were not the only program interested in him. Alabama,Texas, Houston, and Notre Dame all extended an offer his way. He has taken visits to both Alabama and Texas over the course of the recruiting process. Now, he will be headed to Lincoln.

Currently, the 2028 Nebraska football recruiting classes zero commitments in it. However, the program has been able to extend offers and schedule visits with prospects throughout the course of the past couple weeks.

It will certainly be interesting to see where this visit goes, and if the Huskers can be made of push. Defensive ends coach Roy Manning has put a special focus on getting quality edge talent, and Archangel would definitely fall into that category.
