Kentucky Wildcats News: James Madison Gameday for UK Basketball

Kentucky Basketball returns to Rupp Arena for the second night this week as the No. 23 Wildcats host James Madison.

After a shaky start, Kentucky quickly handled business against Manhattan in Tuesday night’s season opener (85-57) that featured a near-perfect game from Milan Momcilovic.

He scored 24 points on 8/12 shooting from the field and 6/9 from behind the three-point line, immediately showcasing just how gifted he is on the offensive end of the court.

Tonight, Momcilovic will look to continue his All-SEC campaign against a James Madison team that only has one player above 6’9.

It’s also the team’s second game of the season, which means this is the outing that leads into next week’s State Farm Champions Classic where the Wildcats will face Kansas in Atlanta.

Head coach Mark Pope and his team will tip off tonight at 7 PM ET with game coverage on the SEC Network.

DraftKings has the Wildcats as 25.5-point favorites and ESPN’s Basketball Power Index gives them a 97.1% chance to win.
