The Georgia Bulldogs have recruited at a high level and that looks to continue as the Bulldogs just added a big commit from a four-star offensive linemen out of the 2028 class. This is the first offensive lineman committed out of the 2028 class for Georgia so far.

Four-star offensive lineman Koehn Dial announced his commitment to the Bulldogs after taking a visit to Athens to watch the Georgia Bulldogs take on the Auburn Tigers in Sanford Stadium. Dial fits right into what Georgia likes with their offensive linemen and with his size and ability, he fits exactly what Kirby Smart wants for the trenches in Athens.

"After a lot of consideration, it’s an honor to announce my commitment to the University of Georgia," Dial said via social media. "Thank you everyone who has helped me through my journey. GO DAWGS!"

Standing at a towering 6-foot-8 and weighing in at close to 300 pounds, Dial brings a physical presence along with excellent ability to move around on the offensive line. Dial is out of Battle Ground Academy (BGA) located in Franklin, Tennessee, just south of Nashville.

Dial has gained a lot of attention over the last few years. He was selected as an Under Armour Next All-American just as an eighth grader Dial received an offer from Georgia back in June of 2024. Dial earned this offer while at attending a camp in Athens.

The four-star OL chose the Bulldogs over Tennessee, LSU, Oklahoma, Ohio State and Florida.

This big commitment tends to bring other big prospects aboard. Dial isn't the first 2028 commit but he is the first offensive linemen in the 2028 class to commit to the Bulldogs so far. Others who join Dial in the 2028 class are, five-star quarterback Jayden Wade, four-star tight end Asa Wall and four-star safety Nicholas Carroll.

The Georgia Bulldogs landed a big commitment here in Koehn Dial. It will be interesting to see who else follows in the 2028 recruiting class.
