2028 four-star wide receiver and South Carolina commit Joseph Gibbs will visit Tennessee for its football game against Auburn on Saturday, according to Rivals.

He will also visit Alabama, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Ohio State and Notre Dame between Oct. 10 through Nov. 21.

The 6-foot-3, 187-pound prospect is from Southeast Alamance High School in Haw River, North Carolina. Rivals ranks him as the No. 20 wide receiver in the class and No. 7 player in North Carolina.

Tennessee offered Gibbs a scholarship on Sept. 8. His will visit the Vols for the first time.

South Carolina offered Gibbs a scholarship during an unofficial visit on June 2. He committed to the Gamecocks on July 8.

North Carolina State was the first school to offer Gibbs a scholarship on March 10. Other schools to offer him scholarships include Marshall, Appalachian State, Virginia Tech, Rutgers, Florida, Troy, Elon, North Carolina Central, Vanderbilt, Kentucky and Michigan.

Quarterback Kaden Craft is the only commitment in Tennessee’s 2028 football recruiting class.
