Coming off back-to-back losses, the Florida Gators couldn't have asked for a tougher opponent.

Not only do they have to play the No. 7 Texas Longhorns, but this game is taking place in Texas.

DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium is looking for a bounce-back game out of their Longhorns, a team that was stunned by Oklahoma last week.

Now 4-1 (1-1), this is a huge game for Texas to get back on track against a Gators team that hasn't tasted a conference victory since they upset Auburn on the road and then blew out Ole Miss at the Swamp.

The biggest story coming into this one is Florida's quarterback situation. How will they look without Aaron Philo? That will be determined in mere hours.

Final Florida vs. Texas injury report

According to the SEC Availability Report on Friday, Oct. 16, the Gators are only confirmed to be down one player while Texas will be without two.

That said, QB Aaron Philo is still listed as questionable, though at this point everyone knows that it'll be Tramell Jones under center in a hostile environment.

Jones has gotten a decent chunk of playing time in games already this year, but this'll be his first start, and it comes with a pair of wide receivers still questionable.

Vernell Brown III and Bailey Stockton both carry the questionable designation heading into the Week 7 matchup.

Florida's lone player ruled out against the Longhorns is running back Duke Clark.

When looking at Texas's roster, WR Kaliq Lockett and offensive lineman Jaydon Chatman have both been ruled out.

Unlike Florida, Texas has a pair of players who are listed as probable, not questionable. Defensive lineman Justus Terry and OL Jordan Coleman make up that list.

Gators vs. Longhorns betting odds

ESPN Analytics gives Florida just a 12.4% chance to pull off the upset, so that really puts things into perspective.

According to DraftKings, Texas opened as 9.5-point favorites, but the odds have shifted to an 11.5-point spread.

The Longhorns, to no surprise, are huge money line favorites as they are currently -440 just over two hours before kickoff.

Florida sits at +340 in the money line in a game that has an over-under set at 50.5 points.

Arch Manning knows he needs a big win after what happened against the Sooners last week, and it's clear many believe that will indeed happen on Saturday, Oct. 17, against these Gators.
