(4) Ohio State Buckeyes vs (5) Indiana Hoosiers

Ohio State Buckeyes wide receiver Jeremiah Smith (4) celebrates a touchdown with wide receiver Brandon Inniss (0) during the NCAA football game against the Ball State Cardinals at Ohio Stadium in Columbus on Sept. 5, 2026.
There’s nothing better than starting your college football day with a top-ten Big 10 game. Kickoff is set for 12:00 PM ET on Fox at Memorial Stadium.
The last two winners of the NCAA Football National Championship go toe-to-toe in Hoosier land. It will be fascinating to see how the Indiana Hoosiers defend Jeremiah Smith. The Ohio State wideout has torched opponents for 48 catches, 918 yards, and 11 touchdowns in six games.
All eyes will be on the QB battle between Julian Sayin and Josh Hoover. It’ll come down to which quarterback can limit their turnovers and get the ball in the hands of their playmakers. The Hoosiers are on a 22-game win streak and do have some trash-talk history.

A Notre Dame Irish–BYU Cougars game isn’t usually at the top of viewing cards for college football fans, but this one could be awesome. It’s going down at 7:30 PM ET on ABC, and Provost will be rocking! These two squads were supposed to play in last year’s Pop-Tart Bowl, but the Irish opted not to participate.
Irish QB CJ Carr is responsible for 16 passing touchdowns through the first six games of the year. BYU’s quarterback Bear Bachmeier is a dual-threat. #47 has thrown eight TD passes and scored four rushing touchdowns. He isn’t afraid to run you over either. The Cougars will be without star running back LJ Martin due to an ankle injury.
Both teams are undefeated and could have some CFB Playoff implications later on in the season. Notre Dame is favored by -10.5 points, which seems high for a top-ten matchup. You know it’s a big tilt when ESPN‘s College GameDay is there.
(6) Alabama Crimson Tide vs. (14) Tennessee Volunteers

It’s never a bad day when two top-15-ranked SEC opponents are going to battle. That’s what we have with the (6) Alabama Crimson Tide and (14) Tennessee Volunteers. Things are set to get going at 3:30 PM ET at Neyland Stadium in Tennessee.
NFL scouts are salivating over Bama’s QB Keelon Russell and his skill set. He’ll be fired up to rebound after their heartbreaking loss. The sophomore has produced 12 passing touchdowns and four rushing touchdowns.
The Volunteers have won two straight games and could launch their name into the College Football Playoff conversation.
