The 2026 college football season enters Week 3.

Through two starts, Tennessee freshman quarterback Faizon Brandon has completed 23 of 38 passing attempts for 374 yards and five touchdowns. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound freshman has recorded 90 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 15 attempts.

Following Week 2, ESPN released updated Total QBR ratings for Football Bowl Subdivision quarterbacks.

Adjusted Total Quarterback Rating values a quarterback on all play types with a 0-100 scale that is adjusted for the strength of opposing defenses faced.

Brandon leads SEC quarterbacks with a 90.4 QBR after Week 2. He ranks sixth nationally among FBS quarterbacks. Darian Mensah from Miami leads all signal-callers with a 96.5 QBR.
