Senior linebacker Rasheem Biles earned a second consecutive place on the preseason watch list for the award honoring the nation’s top college linebacker.
Texas senior linebacker Rasheem Biles was named to the Butkus Award preseason watch list for the second straight year. He also enters the season on the Lombardi Award and Bronko Nagurski Trophy watch lists.
Biles transferred from Pitt after leading the Panthers with 101 tackles and 17 tackles for loss in 2025. Texas opens its season against Texas State on September 5.
