NORMAN — Oklahoma offensive lineman Michael Fasusi and defensive back Eli Bowen were both listed as questionable to play against No. 15 Kentucky on Wednesday's SEC availability report.

Sooners coach Brent Venables said Tuesday that Fasusi, was "just about ready" to return but that OU's best offensive lineman had to clear another hurdle or two in the next few days.

The second-year lineman played in 11 games and made 10 starts last season as a true freshman, allowing four sacks on 395 pass-blocking snaps, per Pro Football Focus. He appeared to reinjure his shoulder in the Sooners' season-opening win over UTEP after he dealt with an injury during training camp.

Bowen, one of OU's starting cornerbacks, twisted his ankle in a walkthrough ahead of last week's win over Texas.

The Sooners and Wildcats kick at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Gaylord Family — Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.
