Fifth-year punter Jackson Ross has appeared in all five games for Tennessee during the 2026 football campaign.
He has 20 punt attempts for 904 yards this season. The Melbourne, Australia native totaled 265 yards on six punts in Tennessee's, 24-14, win over Auburn on Oct. 3.
Ross' longest punt against the Tigers was 51 yards. The 6-foot-4, 204-pound fifth-year player averaged 44.2 yards per attempt and had five punts inside the 20-yard line.
No. 14 Tennessee (4-1, 1-1 SEC) will next play Saturday at Arkansas (2-3, 0-2 SEC) in Week 6. Kickoff between the Vols and Razorbacks is slated for 4:15 p.m. EDT. SEC Network will televise the matchup at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Tennessee's last win at Arkansas was on Sept. 8, 2001. According to the University of Tennessee, Ross, born June 22, 1999, is the only player who was alive on the Vols' current football roster the last time Tennessee won in Fayetteville.
