The 4th-ranked (5-1, 3-0) Ohio State Buckeyes play against the 5th-ranked (6-0, 3-0) Indiana Hoosiers on the road Saturday at Memorial Stadium in an exciting Week 7 matchup. The last time these two teams met was last year’s Big Ten Championship Game, where Indiana defeated Ohio State 13-10. One injury/illness to monitor is the Buckeyes’ star offensive lineman, Austin Siereveld. Siereveld was a late scratch in last week’s game against Maryland due to an illness.

According to Pete Thamel of ESPN, Ohio State has already ruled out Austin Siereveld in Wednesday’s availability report, sidelining him for the second straight game. Ryan Day said earlier this week that Siereveld is considered day-to-day, as reported by Dan Hope of Eleven Warriors. The Buckeyes will have a BYE next week, and the star offensive lineman may be ready for Week 9 against USC.

In other news, Phillip Daniels is expected to play after missing the past month with a groin/leg injury. Daniels wasn’t listed on Wednesday’s availability report, suggesting he is good to go. He is expected to start at right tackle, and Gabe Van Sickle, who started at right tackle against Maryland, will slide back to right guard.
