Now that the College Football Playoff rankings come out every week, the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches' Polls don't mean a ton. But they can help give us an idea of how the CFP rankings on Tuesday night will end up.

College football's Week 10 was a loaded slate, featuring seven ranked matchups throughout the day. Several of the matchups delivered, as well.

In the early slate, the Holy War between BYU Utah absolutely delivered, as it was a Top-10 matchup for the very first time in the 104th meeting. BYU overcame an early 14-0 deficit, but Utah got the 28-20 victory as Cougar quarterback Bear Bachmeier's four interceptions doomed BYU's chances.

UCLA got past Minnesota 34-20 on the road, and Texas got another impressive road win over Missouri with a huge fourth quarter from the Longhorns. Texas' CFP resume now looks stronger than ever, even if Missouri head coach Eli Drinkwitz thinks the Longhorns got more than a little help from the refs.

Later in the afternoon, Alabama got an impressive 31-13 road win over LSU, as Tide quarterback Keelon Russell threw three touchdowns. Although LSU's three losses hurt its CFP chances, the Tigers aren't out of it just yet.

Oregon got a blowout 41-28 win over Ohio State in Columbus, and the Buckeyes' playoff hopes have now collapsed in the wake of the Julian Sayin injury. Ohio State could potentially look at making a quarterback change from Luke Fahey, as well. Oregon also now has a surprise path to the CFP with the win.

In the evening slate, Tennessee dominated Kentucky 34-6, as the SEC is now a jumbled mess of several teams that are contenders. Georgia blew out Ole Miss 42-7 in a game that was never really ever close from the jump. Frustrated Rebel fans even caused a brief delay after throwing trash on the field after a pair of questionable officiating calls.

And finally in the biggest game of the night, Miami at Notre Dame, the Irish got a huge 31-24 win over the Canes that further helps the Irish make the CFP. It did have a controversial call in the end zone, however, as what looked like a Miami game-tying touchdown in the fourth quarter was ruled incomplete.

Here's a look at the rankings following a monster Week 10.
