September’s final weekend features the season’s first fully loaded menu of Top 25 showdowns for our prolific panel of prognosticators to ponder. As one might surmise given that two conferences hold most of the positions in the US LBM Coaches Poll, the SEC and the Big Ten will be the primary focus.

The SEC slate features top-ranked Texas facing its first major league road test at No. 13 Tennessee, and No. 6 Mississippi also travels to meet No. 22 Florida. Elsewhere in the conference, No. 2 Georgia hosts No. 24 Oklahoma and No. 11 LSU welcomes No. 20 Texas A&M to Baton Rouge.
